Mozambique is highly vulnerable to disasters such as drought, floods and cyclones. As a result the Mozambique Disaster Risk Management Unit works to secure food security and livelihoods through enhancing the capacities of communities, government and partners to effectively participate in disaster risk management process in the short, medium and long term. The team consists of a Coordinator, Technical Advisor & Conservation Agriculture Specialist, an Information & Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, two Programme officers and two Administration officers.
